Servicing the Architectural and Interior Design community and working with General Contractors to simplify interior design and construction management efforts, 8Plus provides a dedicated and seamless level of customer service that extends from the initial design phase to project completion and on-site  assistance.  As participating partners to our General Contractors, we employ a proactive approach in assessing the construction schedule and identifying items in our scope that will impact related sub-trades.  We work on site with the design and construction teams identifying items that require multiple sub-trade coordination during the critical start up period in effort to minimize delays, extra costs, meet Occupancy requirements and complete the project successfully on schedule.
